They are three enterprises founded by the same shareholder, sharing the same office facilities and subdividing different chemical business.
    Taixing SUNMY Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. was co-funded by TaiXing No. 2 Chemical Factory and (Hong Kong) Sintech Trading Limited in 2001. (TaiXing No.2 Chemical Factory was founded in 1985 and has been engaged in Nitration reaction for decades.)
